G7 Chicagoland Fall Mixer @ Bernie's Book Bank

Join us on Wednesday October 9th 2024 at Bernie's Book Bank (https://www.berniesbookbank.org/) for a special evening of service, community, connection, and growth.  There will be an opportunity to serve by lending a hand to pack books prior to our traditional mixer event.

Here's what to expect:

• 4:00pm Doors Open - Check-in & Mingle
• 4:30pm Book Packing 
• 5:30pm Networking with Food and Drinks / Business Book Exchange
• 6:30pm Closing Comments & Member Acknowledgements
• 7:00pm Departure (you don't have to go home, but .... the staff would like to)

This event is free; however, your gifts are welcome to help cover event costs and support the mission of Bernie's Book Bank.

Book Exchange Opportunities:

• Bernie's Book Bank primarily provides literary support for children ages 0-12 (6th Grade) if you have any gently used books for this age range to donate you are encouraged to bring these to the event.  Bernie's Book Bank also has books available starting at $2 if you would like to donate the day of the event.
• For those of us that are looking for new books for ourselves, you will have the opportunity to participate in a book swap, please bring those gently used business/leadership books as well for a unique G7 Book Exchange.
